As specialists in seafood, we offer a comprehensive range of French scallops, available only in season (October to May), as well as Scottish scallops, available all year round. We manage the entire preparation process in-house to ensure maximum production flexibility.

They come from selected fishing grounds renowned for their quality. They can be supplied with various levels of certification depending on your requirements: MSC, French Flag or uncertified.

Bespoke shelling

We manage every stage of preparation to offer you great production flexibility:

  • Different weights: Portions sized to your requirements (Catering, Retail, Industry, etc.) to optimise your portion costs.
  • Different grades: Fresh, frozen or thawed
  • Different cuts: Whole, half-fillet, with or without coral
  • Various packaging options: Polystyrene crates (wholesalers/fishmongers), bulk format, vacuum-packed, modified atmosphere trays or Skin Packs for self-service in supermarkets.

  • Ingredients: 100% shellfish
