At the same time, we are developing our own brand, Sacrebleu, which serves as a true innovation hub, giving us the freedom to create, experiment and test new products before rolling them out under our own-brand range.

  • Inspections and audits: our quality team carries out over 3,700 tests each year. Whether these are microbiological or organoleptic tests, all teams are fully committed to ensuring food quality and safety.
  • International certification: Our approach is validated by independent audits, notably through the IFS (International Featured Standards) framework, ensuring compliance with global food safety standards.

The Pavillon France label guarantees that seafood products are caught by French vessels and are subject to a controlled traceability system.

MSC Sustainable Fishing

The MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) label guarantees sustainable fishing practices that protect marine resources and ecosystems and promote product traceability.

Organic Farming

The organic label certifies that products are produced in a way that respects the environment and animal welfare, without the use of GMOs or synthetic chemicals.
